If anyone could tell me the average amount of money Wisconsin makes on speeding tickets and what they send that money on I would greatly appreciate it. I couldn’t find anything on the internet, but maybe you’ll have better luck.

I don’t want to lose a single paisa from my investment, that’s my primary condition. I know, bank fixed deposit is the safest for a 1 year investment, but is there something else I may be missing out ?
