Ambank Sucks – Ambank Experienced ? The worst bank ever? Ambank Kota kinabalu?

The story? Aha, perhaps this is my worst experienced with Bank in malaysia. Yes Ambank the number one list! the worst bank i ever deal with. The situation?

I owned Proton iswara which i gave to my nephew, So the situation like this:

the car monthly installment was 2 months late, and i didn’t aware about it as no one from the bank call or tell me about it. as i am too busy with my day time work..and business…i overlooked this matter.

then all of the sudden this afternoon my nephew called me and said someone wanted to tow the car, and i was totally shocked as i never received any calls or warning from AMBANK kota kinabalu. (well it is my fault not take care the payment schedules, But hey at least call me let me know!)

So this tow guy, said, hey brother we want to “Tarik ” this kereta, tiada bayar 2 bulan, and i am so darn pissed off already, so i asked ha? 2 months suddenly want to tow my car ? and no warning from Ambank? the tow man,” If you have problem you complaint bank la” .

So i go straight to the bank, and meet MR. TAI (or maybe mr taik? not sure) well he show me his arrogant face, well once again,  i went there so selekeh so sure layan macam sampah lah, right :) .

Tow man asked RM550.00 whew, expensive? yes VERY!!. then this Mr Tai of Ambank kota kinabalu tell, me, this one can negotiate one, you can ask the Tow Man to reduce the fees, ask him not to charge you that amount (Rm550) (something fishy) i guess Mr Tai get commission from it? i bet he will get it :)

Mr Tai: “Maybe i can asked for discount for you around RM400″  so no choice, i said okey do it for me, they he came and said, Tow man said RM450.00, so Now the tow man have more power than the Bank? Ok beware to all of you, Ambank have no power the tow man have more power, if the tow man ask RM1000.00, bank will surely agree because the representative who handle the case will get commision.

luckily i didn’t get my Dmax car loan from Ambank, this bank have zero tolerance with their customer, when i first apply my car Loan, even with my fake payslip also they approve, then they will give you the biggest smiles ever, till their ears!. then, once you have problem with them, they will show you their angry face.

So i suggest do not use Ambank as your bank!  the easiest bank to get approved is Ambank but..beware  with their tricks! their staff are totally not honest! and professional.  I don’t know in other districts or other state but, my experienced with Ambank Jalan sagunting kota kinabalu totally sucks.

not to forget, Ambank Damai  luyang commercial center, the front counter staff totally sucks! no smiles, no greetings even if you greet them. How Ambank top management train their staff? I don’t know, Ambank from now on will not be in the list! never and never, i tell my friends, family and closest friends not to use Ambank services! go for other bank like RHB, Maybank and Public bank. they give more smiles and value their customer better!

When you complaint to ambank staff about the issues

1) in agreement your car will be repossed after 2 months 21 days (failed to pay you installment)

2) You responsible for the payment not us, we are not obliged to call our customer or remind them about the loan payment (BULLSHIT)

Something Fishy:

1) tow man have connection with representative who handle your car case (so you pay for tow fees, the ambank staff will get money as commision)

2) How come Tow Man more powerful than the bank itself?

My advise:

1) beware with Ambank

2) beware with their staff

3) beware with their services and hidden agenda

4) Avoid using AMBANK.

  1. Whoaaaa… mo kena pukul ni orang ni tau… lol!

    Well, I guess you can always get fast approval with AMBANK! Slip gaji tipu also can approve like my x-colleague. My car also loan from AmBank. Lucky enough I don’t have to deal with them since I’m not the one who pay for it (lol)!

    Hmmm, they suppose to remind you bah kan if the payment is overdue? This is what we call ‘service to the customer’!!! No wonder their services is so poor.

  2. huh mat…no reminder call before towing?????….what the fuck is that! the bank should give a reminder call before tarik keta mah…bodoh punya service!!!!!!!!!!!

    i loan my car using Public Bank and so far i dont have any problem…they always give me a friendly call to remaind me about my monthly payment. The staff so friendly…i always pay late :-) but i pay extra every time…

    for me lah i like Public Bank…good customer service!

Haaaa..must be contagious kan…AMBank Lahad Datu oso same idiotic and rude staff…honestly not all staff but majority…a few years back…after completing our car loan my father who was paralysed back then went to meet an officer(woman, wil try to look for her name and publish it so she can get all the glory she deserves), since we didn’t really need the car but didn’t want it to go to waste, my dad decided to reloan it… u know what she answered…WHAT! mau reloan lagi! tidak payahla…..MotherF#*&&R punya perempuan kan! simple as that..she left him just like dat….we completed paying the loan in less than 5 years…who was she to decide for us what we wanted to do with the car….she can barely pay hers !I didn’t know AMBank in other districts had the same shitty staff..I hope someone from AMBank reads this so they can do something about it…AMBank staff has zero moral values,rude and somehow someway, all of them got the idea that they own the bank..how stupid ..in addition to that, racism is evident in the bank, some staff told us that……..seriously…Dats y other banks are filled with human beings while AMBank is not…

    i’ve been tis oso. they nvr mention either sending warning letter call or even giving statement. suddenly call me up and saying ‘miss,u hv 1 monnth pending for car installment’
    i was .. “eh ? bila pula, napa tiba2 ada pending, get me d statement ”
    then tat gal bla..bla..bla.. hrmm.. i said ok la. let me check mine 1st (my record – coz i am paying my car installment by internet)
    then eh? mine correct la wth wif their record. so i call d gal again.
    y was tis n tat..bla..bla.. bule2 dia ckp “miss coz u hv been paying more than u shud” . ewah2 mentang2 sy tak tau sngt calculation dorg tu. nasib ada kwn keja doing acc explain me.
    bayar lebih pun kira penidng ke? napa tak cover je yg pending tu wif amount yg i’ve over paid. dorg ni malas ba nak update system dorg or ease to say they dunno how to record n manage their system . mngkn print statement thru system pun tia pandai kali. pehh!!
    pastu d counter pula muka mcm taik kucing jak.. yg ppuan make up tebal2 mcm opera..yg lelaki pla control macho yg hudduh!!
    i’ve no respect la klu sapa2 yg keja kat ambank nih.. hate!!
