Where Can I Download A Completely Free Photo Recovery Software?

I need to recover photos from my digital camera memory card, and I’m looking for a free, and I mean FREE photo recovery software.
When ever I try to download a “free” photo recovery software, it always says I have to pay if I want to save the photos to my computer! Please HELP!!! =(
