How to avoid Insomnia?

Oh no its 4 am in the morning and am still here infront my laptop and typing? lols that sound so funny right.. can’t sleep… i can’t sleep…and i can’t sleep… tried many times also…still can’t sleep… Hmmm Sleeping disorder… Aka Insomnia?

da du de da du du du I think it is insomnia..or i am too worried with my pending works… Wish i am in a dreamland or la la la la land..at least… How to avoid Insomnia?

after googling…i found this :

Establish a regular sleep schedule. This involves setting a regular bedtime and wake-up time and making every attempt to stick to it, including on the weekends. This will help to set the body’s clock in a way that will make nighttime sleep deeper and more consistent.

That is part of the ideas and information on how to avoid insomnia… Sound simple but hard to practice. La la la… What about Sleeping Pil? any ideas? Hmm wait let me check what google has to say about it :P . Well there is a darkside of taking sleeping pils… and why is that?

this one sound so scary…so i skip this one :) hehe.. anyway..if you have a better ideas…why not…say it loud in the comment section ? :)

  1. ermm..maybe u got depression wit ur work.. well,.. we think la u may be able to treat ur insomnia wit minor lifestyle changes..such as changing ur sleep environment or schedule.. n we know that u always like 2 tdo tgh ari or ptg or after meals right?..:) kikiki..sory sory we just gurau2 only ya.. increasing ur activity level or changing what and when you eat and drink.. kindly we advice u dun not taking any medication such as ‘sleeping pills’ as long as u know.. :)

  4. ben, the root to this evil is bcos you have to think so much…tulah ndak dpt tidur baitu.
    ermm…ko jangan cari solution how to solve your imsonia…cari solution how to NOT think of your work too much when going to sleep. hehehe…harap2 berkesan lah.
