Keeping Yourself healthy…
Hmmm ever since i left my university, i no longer have time going to the gymnasium..my day time fully occupied with so many works to handle. I gain lots of weight for the past few years. Imagine having no time to exercise for the past 2 years? huh sound real freaky.
I guess i should start changing my lifestyle from now. My sister asked me to buy a threadmill so that i can do my exercise without having to go out from the house.. Hmm but i think this type of equipment must be boring because i can’t see a lovely ladies like what i normally saw when i go for a jogg (don’t blame me, i am a man and i need motivation ok.. :P)
Now i am a little bit confused of what should i do, either i have to get the threadmill or… simply go for a gym or a jogg or..maybe i should consider joining yoga… i don’t know…am confused… and people told me about the yoga position chart
and i don’t have any idea what it is all about.. Do you know anything about it?

I have a threadmill and cross-trainer at home, yet I never use those things! Can you believe that? Sampai tahap gitulah kemalasan sia. LOL!
